The mission of the Muncie Housing Authority (MHA) is to be a leader
in the housing industry by providing safe, clean, and affordable housing
to people in need. The Muncie Housing Authority serves the needs of
the citizens of Muncie, Indiana and those wishing to move to our great
city that are in need of affordable housing. It is a principle goal
of MHA to provide an environment which promotes positive learning
and helps residents achieve self-sufficiency as quickly as possible.
Just like this website, MHA and its programs are in a state of continual
refinement and growth in order to better serve our residents and community.
We are reaching out and establishing new partnerships and working
with existing community resources to help ensure our residents reach
the goal of self-sufficiency, primarily in the areas of education,
employment and homeownership.
We have worked very hard to anticipate all of your needs and have
streamlined our resources throughout the website to serve you better.
We are committed to serving our community and want to keep you informed
every step of the way. If you feel there is an opportunity for us
