The Muncie
Housing Authority is pleased to do business with technically talented

of Procurement has an open bid and solicitation process that ensures
fairness, competition and best value. Procurement Services explores
the best solutions for MHA's diverse needs. Responsible vendors are
encouraged to share in many contracting opportunities.
As a public agency, all
purchasing by the MHA must be performed in accordance with the Code
of Federal Regulations.
